Q6. Do we need filming permits for interview shoots in Tokyo?

Yes. We can capture additional office, product, or cityscape footage (for example, Tokyo skyline shots) to complement the interview and make the testimonial more engaging.

Typically, we deliver a first cut within 1–2 weeks, depending on project scale. With proper planning, most projects are finalized after two main rounds of review
Q11. What formats do you deliver in?
We deliver in both horizontal (16:9) formats for websites and presentations, and vertical (9:16) formats optimized for social media. Delivery is usually via Google Drive, Dropbox, or a professional transfer service like MASV or Frame.io.
Q12. What camera equipment do you use for interviews?
Our in-house gear includes Canon and Blackmagic cameras and Canon lenses. We have filmed customer interviews and client testimonial videos with cameras such as Sony FX3, FX6, FX9 and ARRI cameras. We often rent great from Tokyo rental houses to meet specific client requirements.
Q13. How do you ensure the interviewee is comfortable on camera?
We approach interviews like a natural conversation, with a genuine curiosity about what drives the interviewee. By keeping crew sizes small (we have handled interviews with a crew of 1, but prefer working with at least 2 crew) and creating a relaxed environment, we help interviewees feel at ease and deliver authentic, engaging answers.
Q14. Do you provide bilingual interviewers?
Yes. We can provide interviewers fluent in both Japanese and English, ensuring that both local and overseas audiences feel represented in the final video.
