Event Social is our fixed-scope, fixed-price event content service. We deliver short-form vertical video and edited photos from your event — SNS photos the same day, videos and full archive the next day.
What’s the difference between Event Social and full production?
Event Social is a standardised package with fixed deliverables and pricing — ideal for events that need fast, social-first content. Full production is bespoke: multi-camera setups, highlight films, live streaming, executive interviews, and custom editing for events that need a fully tailored approach.
What types of events do you cover in Japan?
Global summits, press conferences, multi-day multi-location conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, corporate galas, government delegations, NGO events and private corporate gatherings. From 20 guests to 2,000.
How quickly do you deliver Event Social content?
SNS photo selects are delivered the same day. Short-form vertical videos, interview videos and the full photo archive are delivered the next day.
Can you provide both photography and video on the same day?
Yes — one coordinated bilingual team covers both stills and motion. Standard and Pro packages include a dedicated videographer and photographer working in parallel, which keeps costs down and ensures a consistent look across all your event assets.
Can you handle multi-day or multi-location events?
Yes. We’ve covered events spanning multiple days and multiple venues across Tokyo and Japan, scaling crew and equipment to match. For multi-day events, Event Social packages apply per day.
Can you support live streaming or hybrid events?
